A few weeks ago, we had heard the rumors that the HTC One Remix would be making its way onto Verizon and now according to @evleaks, we have a more specific date to look forward to. According to @evleaks and assuming the information is right on the money, it seems that we can look forward to the HTC One Remix’s announcement on the 24th of July
It is unclear if Verizon will announce the handset and sell it at a later date, or if its availability will be on the same day itself, but do check back with us then for the details. In the meantime for those who might have missed the news, the HTC One Remix is expected to be somewhat similar to the HTC One mini 2.
The main difference would be the fact that the HTC One Remix will support Verizon’s 4G XLTE network, but other than that the specs should remain the same. This means that we can look forward to a 4.5-inch display with a HD resolution. It will sport a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz and will also be accompanied by a 13MP rear-facing camera.
While the specs might not necessarily make the HTC One Remix the most poweful, it has been rumored to be encased in a premium metal body, like the HTC One M8, so if you wanted a premium phone that won’t break the bank, perhaps the upcoming HTC One Remix is a phone you can look forward to.
