However it does get a bit awkward due to the way the screen is positioned, but the good news is that over in Japan, manufacturer Spec Computer has created a clip that allows users to attach their mobile device on top of a DualShock 4 controller, as you can see in the image above. The attachment will rely on suction cups to keep the phone in place, meaning that it should work with just about any mobile phone that is compatible with the DualShock 4 controller.
The arm will allow users to tilt their mobile device’s screen at 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 150 degrees, and 180 degrees, depending on which level you are comfortable viewing the screen at. Unfortunately it seems that at the moment, the attachment is only available in Japan where it can be bought via Amazon Japan’s website for a price of roughly $21. Alternatively one can always go for the Nyko Smart Clip where it is retailing for $10. It’s an interesting accessory, but are there any takers out there?
