Call Of Duty: Ghosts Invasion DLC Headed For PS3, PS4, PC Today

Gamers, if you’re still playing Call of Duty: Ghosts and you are looking forward to additional content, you might be pleased to learn that the Invasion DLC will be released onto the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and the PC later today as promised by Activision. The DLC was made available exclusively to the Xbox platform earlier in June, but that exclusivity has ended and will now be arriving on other devices as well.

For those who aren’t subscribed to the game’s season pass, you will be able to purchase the DLC as a standalone where it will be priced at $14.99. The DLC will introduce new maps to gamers, which includes Pharaoh, Departed, Mutiny, and Favela. It will also introduce Episode 3: Awakening which is described as some kind of alien invasion where players will have to fend off against alien creatures.

Invasion is the third DLC map pack from the Call of Duty: Ghosts title. Earlier this year we saw titles like Onslaught and Devastation. There will be a fourth and possibly final map pack that Activision has planned for Call of Duty: Ghosts, so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for that one. In the meantime Activision has also announced additional features that PlayStation gamers can purchase, such as a Flags of the World Pack and a Resistance Squad Pack.
