The LG G3 Beat, also known by certain quarters as the LG G3 Mini, seems to be headed for AT&T in due time after picking up the nod of approval from the folks over at the FCC. So far, the listings are shown in the extended part of the post, and knowing that the LG G3 Beat/G3 Mini name has already been trademarked, bringing along with it a decent alternative to the current LG G3 flagship.
Some of the other hardware specifications that were revealed include the presence of dual band Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity, with a display that measures 127.0mm across diagonally, which would equals 5” to the dot. Apart from that, there ought to be an 8MP camera located at the back, alongside volume controls and a power button that too, are placed behind. It remains to be seen whether the laser technology found in the LG G3 flagship will make another appearance here, only time will tell.
Other than that, the LG G3 Beat (or G3 Mini) ought to be powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, accompanied by 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a 2,540mAh battery, a resolution of 720p, and Android 4.4.2 KitKat as the mobile operating system of choice.
