That, of course, is taking into assumption that this will be a new upgrade to Amazon’s range of tablets, and if it is true, then the next generation Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 tablet will run on the latest and most powerful Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm, where it will also be accompanied by a spanking new Adreno 420 GPU. Not only that, chances are it will boast of the most recent Android 4.4.4 KitKat mobile operating system version, so there is no need to wait for an update to arrive.
Apart from that, everything else does seem to remain more or less the same – including an 8.9” display at 1,600 x 2,560 resolution, a 2GB RAM, and an 8MP camera located at the back. As with any other rumor that is worth its salt (sorry, I could not resist it), one will have to wait until something official is announced, otherwise it would be more prudent to be careful about such rumors.
