The Windows Phone mobile operating system does not look as though it is going to go away anytime soon, and if anything, it does seem to be growing from strength to strength. In fact, it was just a few months back that Microsoft announced how South Korean consumer electronics giant LG is about to roll out a smartphone down the road which runs on the Windows Phone platform. Apparently, the founder of AdDuplex has confirmed concerning the model number and partial hardware specifications of an upcoming LG Windows Phone, calling it the LG-D635.
The LG-D635 does not look as though it is going to compete in the high end market however, where the display itself is a relatively average (by today’s standards) 5” display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. After all, most of the high end Windows Phone models in the market do sport a Full HD 1080p display rather than the 720p HD model as found on the LG-D635.
As to whether the LG-D635 is the very same handset as the rumored LG Uni8 that we talked about in May earlier this year, that remains to be seen. As with any other good rumors out there, do take this particular one with a pinch of salt and wait for time to solve such a “mystery”.
