The wait is nearly over for those who have been waiting to get a piece of LG’s latest flagship smartphone. Unveiled late last month the LG G3 will be available from major U.S. carriers, though its coming to the U.S. a month late. The G3 went on sale in South Korea the day it was formally announced. There’s great news today for T-Mobile subscribers as the carrier has finally confirmed the release date for this smartphone. Moreover, T-Mobile LG G3 pre-orders are now live, which means you can go ahead and reserve a unit for you.
Interested customers can now place a pre-order for T-Mobile LG G3 through the carrier’s website. The G3 will hit T-Mobile retail stores, and start shipping to those who place their pre-orders, starting July 16th. This is precisely the same release date that was rumored earlier this week, making T-Mobile the first carrier to bring this smartphone ahead of its rivals.
Those who are willing to purchase LG G3 from T-Mobile outright will have to pay the full retail price of $599. The carrier lets subscribers upgrade their smartphones anytime with the Jump! program. Additional services include streaming music that doesn’t count towards data cap and free data roaming in more than 120 countries.
It remains to be seen when other major carriers, Verizon, AT&T and Sprint to be precise, announce their release dates for this smartphone that many LG fans are anxiously waiting for.
