The Samsung Z looks like any other vanilla smartphone of today, so do not expect it to pick up any kind of awards in terms of stunning design anytime soon. Hardware specifications for the Samsung Z will include a 4.8” 720P HD, AMOLED display alongside a 2.3GHz quad-core processor (presumably from Intel), where it will be accompanied by 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, has an 8MP shooter at the back alongside a 2.1MP camera in front, a microSD memory card slot, a heart rate sensor and a fingerprint scanner to boot.
A 2,600mAh battery will run proceedings for the entire day, where everything else is crammed into a chassis which measures 138.2mm x 69.8mm x 8.5mm. Expect it to arrive in black and gold colors this June 3rd at Samsung’s Tizen developer conference in San Francisco, before it makes its way to Russia and other targeted markets in due time for a yet undisclosed price.
