By now we’re sure everyone has more or less an idea of what the next-gen iPhone will look like. This is thanks to the myriad of leaks that have been making their way online. Some of them are quite dubious and if you wanted something a little more reputable, as far as leaks are concerned, Australian blogger Sonny Dickson has recently tweeted a couple of photos of the alleged iPhone 6.
Sonny Dickson has quite a reputation given how he had accurately leaked photos of last year’s iPhones, so there is a chance that these recent posts of his could be the real deal a well, although taking it with a grain of salt is never a bad idea. That being said, the photos he released show both the alleged 4.7-inch iPhone and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 side by side.
The difference in size is extremely noticeable, obviously, but apart from that, both phones appear to be designed similarly. Now we should note that these photos are not the actual iPhone itself, but are mockups of it, which means that the final product would most likely be better built. The design of the phone is one we’ve seen many times in the past and is reminiscent of the iPad Air/mini design.
Both mockups show that Touch ID, which we guess is to be expected, and also shows off the repositioned power button. Interesting enough it seems that the true tone flash is missing, unless Apple has come up with another way of creating less harsh flash, but apart from that, there’s really nothing new that we haven’t already seen.
