We’ve seen the HTC One (M7) before which proved to be a smartphone that managed to right the many wrongs of HTC, where an 18ct gold HTC One was also revealed last year. Well, not everyone has deep pockets, but if you would like to actually own a 24ct gold HTC One (M7), then you’re in luck. In fact, you don’t even need to have a positive bank account to own one of these puppies, as HTC is currently running a contest as part of the celebrations of picking up the “Best Phone of 2013” gong, announcing this contest via Twitter.
You do not even need to purchase a HTC handset in the first place in order to participate in this competition, although the only caveat would be, you will need to reside in the UK. The contest has already kicked off and will end next week on June 29. All that you need to do is to follow @HTC_UK, retweet the entry tweet (as seen below) which has been tweeted by @HTC_UK, and you’re good to go. The winner will be randomly selected, and may the odds ever be in your favor.
Expect this 24ct gold HTC One (M7) to carry an estimated price tag of $2,500 thereabouts, but do not expect it to have souped up specifications over the regular model.
