Galaxy Note 4 With Exynos Chipset Spotted On AnTuTu Benchmark

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a handset that we’re most likely expecting to see later this year, probably around IFA 2014 which is usually around that time of the year when Samsung announces new hardware. So far some of the Galaxy Note 4’s specs have been revealed in a UAProf sighting, and if you were looking for additional confirmation, those same specs have made their way onto an AnTuTu benchmark.

We should point out that there is always the possibility that the benchmark results could be faked, so you should probably take it with a grain of salt for now. That being said, according to the benchmark sighting, the handset will be powered by a Samsung Exynos 5433 octa-core chipset. This is slightly different from what we heard, but given that the model number is the SM-N910C, the C apparently denotes that the handset will use an Exynos processor over a Qualcomm processor.

Apart from the difference in processor, the AnTuTu benchmark also shows the phone will come with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, and will pack a 16MP rear-facing camera along with a 3.68MP front-facing camera. The phone will also come with a QHD display, although with the launch of the Galaxy S5 LTE-A, this won’t be Samsung’s first smartphone with a QHD display.

However with the Galaxy S5 LTE-A not expected to make its way into other markets for now, perhaps the Galaxy Note 4 could be Samsung’s first QHD smartphone to make its way around the world. The benchmarks don’t reveal the screen size but if the rumors are to be believed, the Galaxy Note 4 should sport a 5.7-inch display.
