For those interested in comics and video games, the San Diego Comic-Con 2014 is definitely an event that you won’t want to miss out on. Even better news is that if you’re a huge Blizzard, you might be pleased to learn that the developer will be at the event and they have announced that they will be bringing some exclusive merchandise that will only be sold at the event in limited quantity, so collectors will want to take note of it.
As far as the SDCC exclusives are concerned, this will include a Nether Faerie Dragon plushie; a Funko Pop! Vinyl Primal Kerrigan model; Blizzard’s Cute But Deadly Cloaking Zeratul model; and a Diablo 3 Whimsywhire Treasure Goblin Plushie. These items are all exclusive to the SDCC and will see production of 2,000 units, 2,500 units, 2,500 units, and 3,500 units respectively.
For those unable to attend, we guess you can always try your luck on eBay or Craigslist in hopes that there will be sellers who don’t mind selling you their SDCC exclusives, albeit at a higher price. Now in addition to the exclusives, Blizzard has also announced Premiere Items that will be available via the Blizzard Gear store post-SDCC.
This will include t-shirts, a StarCraft Zergling plush keychain, a Hearthstone plush that comes with lighting and sound effects, Blizzard Heroes and Villains lanyards, and more. So, any of our readers planning on dropping by Blizzard’s booth at the SDCC later this July?
