We have been hearing rumors about the Moto X+1 for a while now. The handset is said to be the successor to the Moto X and previously we had seen alleged leaked videos which shows off some of the phone. Now thanks to the ever-reliable @evleaks, a press rendering of the Moto X+1 has surfaced, as you can see in the image above.
However as mentioned by @evleaks, this press rendering shows off the Moto X+1 encased in a protective shell, so the actual design of the phone still remains something of a mystery, at least for now. It is also quite hard to tell the screen size from the photo alone, but last we heard, the Moto X+1 would feature a 1080p Full HD display, which is a welcome upgrade from the Moto X’s 720p HD display.
Also according to previous rumors, the Moto X+1 is expected to feature the same customization options as the Moto X, except that there will be a new addition thrown into the mix in the form of leather. Right now Moto X users only get to choose from various colors as well as wooden backplate options, but with the Moto X+1, you could get a leather finish which might end up resembling the faux-leather of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
