According to the reports, the iPhone 6 is rumored to come in a 4.7-inch model and a 5.5-inch model. Previously it was suggested that customers would be willing to pay an extra $100 for the larger model, and now according to a survey by RBC Capital Markets, they have found that based on their survey, 35% of Android users are apparently willing to make the switch to a larger iPhone.
Interestingly enough the survey also found that price was one of the reasons that held them back from getting an iPhone. The iPhone is definitely not cheap and even the supposed lower-end iPhone 5c wasn’t exactly affordable either, at least not compared to Android or Windows Phone handsets where you have plenty of options to choose from.
This is interesting because it seems to go against an earlier survey which suggested that customers would be willing to pay $100 more for a larger iPhone. However as it stands, the rumored 4.7-inch iPhone 6 appears to be the most popular choice amongst consumers at the moment, but what do you guys think? Would you be willing to jump onboard the iPhone bandwagon if it came with a larger display?
