Verizon seems to be pretty busy this week, having seen the alleged gold Samsung Galaxy S5 headed their way, and now we have rumor that the mobile carrier too, will be offering their very own Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 to the masses. This particularly juicy bit of information hails from serial leakster @evleaks, and the device does look pretty much the same as that of the Wi-Fi-only Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 that debuted earlier this year, as it comes with the accompanying physical home button, both capacitive Recent Apps and Back buttons, and when you turn it on its back, the faux leather rear end. Nice to see the Verizon 4G LTE branding located right under the back camera though.
So far, this is as close as we can get to a possible Verizon-branded Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, as we have absolutely no idea on how much it will cost you should it hit the market eventually (it should be soon though, as it has already arrived at the FCC). Considering how Samsung is asking $269.99 for the Wi-Fi-only 16GB version of the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 at the moment, to see the inclusion of 4G LTE capability might mean an addition of a $50 to $100 premium. What do you think of the suggested pricing structure – do you think that it is fair enough for the end user?
