Recently, we saw T-Mobile make an announcement that they will be offering the brand new flagship smartphone from Samsung, the Galaxy S5, in a shade of gold. That particular announcement was then followed up by word that the gold version of this device will eventually make its way across all major carriers in the U.S., which means no one out there has an exclusive grip on things. However, none of the other operators did share out an image (or perhaps, images) of the gold Galaxy S5, so we are stuck with a leak from @evleaks instead that depicts Verizon’s logo on said smartphone.
This particular leaked image points to a Copper Gold Samsung Galaxy S5 that comes complete with Verizon 4G LTE branding located right under its rear camera as well as heart rate sensor. Apart from the depiction of the Verizon branding, it pretty much looks the same like any other gold colored Samsung Galaxy S5.
Well, it remains to be seen whether users will need to fork out a slight premium for the gold version of the Galaxy S5 over the Charcoal Black and Shimmery White models that Verizon currently offers, although we won’t be surprised if the price remains the same.
