Are you looking forward to E3 2014? We know we are, after all there’s probably going to be a ton of new games being announced, new gameplay footage, trailers, and even hands-on demos of some games, so who wouldn’t be excited, right? Now if you’re a Sony PS4 gamer, you might be pleased to learn that Sony has officially confirmed the date of their E3 announcements.
According to the invites that Sony has been busy sending out, it looks like they will be holding their press conference on the 9th of June 2014, which coincidentally enough is also when Microsoft will be holding their Xbox-related announcements as well. Sony’s press conference will be held at 6pm PT which is after Microsoft’s announcements, which is held at 9:30am PT.
So, what does Sony have in store for us? Well if the recent leaks are to be believe, it looks like there will be many announcements that gamers can look forward to. For starters it is expected that Sony will have a God of War 4 teaser trailer, Gran Turismo 7: Prologue for the Sony PS4 console, and even The Last of Us 2 that would be teased towards the end of their presentation.
Sony is also expected to have many developers and publishers present their games as well, like Ubisoft, Konami, Capcom, Warner Bros., EA, Activision, Square Enix, and Take-Two. Microsoft will of course not be shown up themselves as they have a bunch of exciting announcements in store for gamers as well, thanks to recently leaked info.
