The E3 conference is coming up next month. Gamers around the world are anxiously waiting to see what announcements will be made. Earlier today Sony’s E3 announcements were leaked through an unverified source. Hot on its heels another unverified source has now come up with Microsoft’s E3 2014 announcements. Since none of this is official yet its best to take all of this information with a grain of salt.
The source claims that Microsoft will unveil release dates for previously announced games like Forza Horizon 2, Quantum Break and Halo 2: Anniversary. All three games are apparently going to be released in fall 2014. Sunset Overdrive is expected in late August or early September.
It also says that Epic will unveil a new title based on its Samaritan Unreal Engine 4 demo. A new sequel to Ryse is also rumored that will be in medieval times. Microsoft will reportedly reveal the release date for the next Halo game for Xbox One and may also show off a CGI trailer for the next Gears of War title.
Apart from game announcements it is said that Microsoft will finally let us known when retail Xbox One units can be used as game development kits. It may even kick off the Games for Gold program for Xbox One right after E3 2014.
As previously mentioned none of this has been confirmed by Microsoft and we can’t expect it to do so prior to E3 anyway. Even if these are guesses some might turn out to be true, others might not.
