Huawei Honor 3X Pro And Honor 3C 4G Are Now Official

Huawei-Honor-3X-ProEarlier this morning, Huawei kicked off an event in its home country, China, with an update on the Honor range of smartphones. These two handsets will be updates to the original Honor 3X and Honor 3C that were first unveiled in December last year, and I suppose the relatively quick hardware refresh has something to do with the likes of Xiaomi and ZTE with their offerings. Huawei’s two entrants? The Huawei Honor 3X Pro and the Huawei Honor 3C 4G.

The Huawei Honor 3X Pro will feature a Full HD display now, sporting 16GB of internal memory alongside a brand new back cover that ought to raise the stakes in the premium phone category. Apart from those changes, the rest of the hardware specifications, ranging from its 5.5” display to the 13MP camera at the back will remain the same.

As for the Huawei Honor 3C 4G, I would like to think that the name of this particular device is pretty much self explanatory, although it too, will come with a new back cover, a better processor, Android 4.4 KitKat as the operating system of choice. You will be able to choose from the 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory model alongside a higher end model that doubles up both specifications, although you just tack on approximately $50 more (after conversion).
