Imangi Studios, the ones behind the hugely popular Temple Run game as well as its sequel, is back with a reminder to the masses that they will be rolling out cloud support for Temple Run 2 tomorrow, allowing players to continue their running across different devices. This sense of continuity is a nice touch, but it is no life or death situation actually. After all, you would most probably have a primary device that you use such as a smartphone or tablet, and have Temple Run 2 installed there.
I would suppose that this would be more of an interim solution, allowing you to get your Temple Run 2 fix on your friend’s device, or a particular device that you can only use at the office and nowhere else. The new cloud support update for Temple Run 2 is said to arrive tomorrow for iOS, while those of you who are running and chasing as much treasure down as possible on Android and Windows Phone platforms will have to hold on to the patience card for at least one more week.
Apart from that, Temple Run 2 will also feature a new “Save Me Wheel,” where players whose run has ended are able to spin a wheel in order to pick up prizes, not to mention limited-time Easter holiday artifacts and coins that transform into Easter eggs.
