Of course it is possible that the rendering could be wrong but given his track record, there is a good chance that it could be right on the money. Based on the design, it seems that our previous inklings were right and that the device would be more of a rugged device targeted at users who require such protection, as opposed to normal smartphone owners who might prefer something more elegant.
There is no mention of the Brigadiers specs but if we had to guess, features such as it being shock, water, and dust resistant are probably some of it. It also looks like based on the design, there could be front-facing speakers placed at the bottom of the phone, and that it will support Verizon’s 4G LTE connection.
Other than that we still have no idea when the phone will launch, although @evleaks does mention 2014 which is pretty ambiguous, but we’ll keep our eyes and ears peeled anyway.
