Aesthetically speaking, the ZTE Grand S II certainly looks like a winner from all angles, thanks to its brushed metal back that exudes with class. Underneath the hood, you would be able to check out a Snapdragon 800/801 CPU, not to mention a possible 4GB RAM as mentioned earlier, which doubles up on the original hardware configuration. Considering that would constitute the maximum amount of possible RAM on a 32-bit ARM chip, this is not quite crazy since 4GB modules were recently teased by Samsung and SK Hynix. No idea on pricing details as at press time though.
Perhaps this might be a high-end option of sorts for the ZTE Grand S II, just like how the ZTE Nubia X6 was recently introduced where it comes with a 3GB RAM model. It is best to approach all rumors with a grain of salt at all times, since erring on the side of caution makes plenty of sense. We await with bated breath for the day when a 64-bit CPU and Android walk hand in hand, so 4GB RAM would be pretty much the ceiling at the moment.
