Needless to say, this is far from being the biggest of updates out there, but it is still an update that is worth more than a passing glance. Of course, we have not quite reached the doorsteps of Android 4.4 KitKat just yet, but any update is better than no update at all, right? After all, most of the mid-range smartphones out there hardly get any kind of decent updates that we have read about in the past.
The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Sony Xperia M has started to roll out today, and Sony has also acknowledged the new software version as well on its product page. It seems as though this particular update affects only the single-SIM Xperia M at the moment, so those who own the dual-SIM Xperia M might have to wait a little bit longer. Do take note as well that this particular update has been released for select carrier versions of the Xperia M in Europe and Asia.
