The Nokia Lumia 1520 happens to be the smartphone of choice for Delta Air Lines to upgrade their current Nokia handsets to in a quest to up their service to passengers, and so it is also with great pleasure to all Nokia Lumia 1520 owners out there that we bring you word on how Nokia intends to push a new software update to this high end 6” phabet. Nokia’s support site claims that the new Nokia Lumia 1520 update will bring the firmware version up to 1028.3534.1347.2001.
The changelog is not long and convoluted, but rather, is brief and not surprisingly, vague, where there was just a single bullet point that lists “General performance and usability improvements.” It is far from being the most exciting update to be delivered to a smartphone, but at least you know that this particular update would help improve the performance of your smartphone. Nokia Lumia 1520 owners are able to perform a manual check for the software update by checking out the Settings menu before clicking on Phone Update.
If you happen to own the Nokia Lumia 1520, would you wait until others have installed the update and read their feedback on forums and social networks before making the fated plunge yourself?
