T-Mobile Offers BlackBerry Customers Free, Expedited Shipping

As you might have heard, BlackBerry’s CEO John Chen was not too happy about how T-Mobile had gone about emailing BlackBerry customers, asking them to “upgrade” to the iPhone 5s. T-Mobile’s CEO, John Legere, initially responded by saying that this would be a matter that he would be looking into, and later followed up with a Tweet over the weekend saying that the carrier would continue support BlackBerry devices and that BlackBerry users would not have to give up their devices in favor of a different brand/platform.

Well the good news is that T-Mobile appears to be ready to make amends with BlackBerry users and has since announced that they will begin offering free and expedited shipping on all BlackBerry devices to T-Mobile customers who order them. This offer is expected to be go live by this Friday although we’re not sure how long the offer will last for, but if you’re in the market for a new BlackBerry handset, perhaps this is one offer that you will want to take advantage of. However it should be noted that BlackBerry devices sold via T-Mobile can only be bought through direct shipping or telesales, as noted by T-Mobile in the past, rather than in-store inventory, so this is something to consider if you were interested in getting yourself a new BlackBerry handset.
