At this point in time, the Hulu service in the Land of the Rising Sun is accessible at more than 90 million devices in the Japan market alone, where among them will include connected TVs and Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. So far, content will include over 13,000 assets of TV dramas, movies and anime, in addition to more than 1,000 premium feature films such as Armageddon, Iron Man, Slumdog Millionaire and The King’s Speech and over 12,000 episodes from previous seasons of TV shows including 24, The Big Bang Theory, Gossip Girl and The Walking Dead. Hopefully this particular change in management will not affect the end user in any way, immediately or in the near future. I suppose everything would remain transparent to the average Hulu customer.
