In terms of design, the phone appears to be similar to a leak that we’ve seen in the past, so safe to say that the leakers got it right. Now unfortunately the downside here is that if you were hoping to see a US carrier offer up the BlackBerry Z3, you might be disappointed as BlackBerry has stated that the Z3 will be making its way to Indonesia, and they did not mention if it would see a release in other parts of the world.
BlackBerry also did not make any mention of the specifics of the Z3, but what we do know is that it will pack a 5-inch full touchscreen display and will come with a host of features, such as BlackBerry Hub, BBM, BlackBerry Keyboard, Times Shift & Story Maker, the BlackBerry 10 Browser, FM Radio, and so on.
According to BlackBerry’s CEO, John Chen, “The BlackBerry Z3 embodies all that BlackBerry 10 offers, with its exceptional productivity features and reliable communications, in a stylish, all-touch design made affordable for customers in Indonesia.” Pricing is expected to be revealed at a later date, although customers in Indonesia can look forward to the handset’s release in April.
