At this point in time, the LG G Flex happens to have rolled out in Asia – namely South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore, and it will head to the US sometime later this quarter, too. I suppose once the LG G Flex arrives in Europe, it will start to make its way to other markets elsewhere in the world.
Just to recap, the LG G Flex comes with a 6” display that is made out of Plastic OLED (P-OLED) in order to allow it to bend. Not only that, the innards aren’t all that straight either, as the LG G Flex would also feature the first curved battery in the world, as well as a self-healing coating on the back cover, as it remains immune to minor scratches and nicks. This special handset also boasts of user-centric UX features including QTheatre, Dual Window and Swing Lockscreen. [Press Release]
