It seems that this was the only thing left on it.” The time stamp on the images showed it uploaded/taken in early December, while the console was purchased on the 23rd of December, meaning that the unit they had gotten was a returned product that someone had forgotten to wipe prior to returning it. Unfortunately Wal-Mart has yet to respond to this issue although we expect that the right thing to do is to offer a refund and maybe even gift a free and brand new console as a token of their apology, assuming they were at fault to begin with.
