Fujitsu Stylistic Q704 Tablet To Arrive In The US For $1,499

Fujitsu_TabletIn the US, Fujitsu isn’t a name that comes to mind when thinking about tablets or smartphones, but over in Japan, it’s a whole different story. Well if you’re wondering what all the fuss is about, you might be interested to learn that Fujitsu’s Q704 Windows tablet will be headed to the US and can yours for $1,499. Given that price, it’s safe to say that this isn’t necessarily a tablet designed for the average consumer, but maybe more for the working professional who might be able to appreciate some of the specs and features of the device.

The tablet will be powered by Intel’s 4th generation Core processor and will sport a Full HD 1080p LED display. While you probably won’t be gaming on it, it will come with an Intel HD 4000 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and a 128GB SSD. Interestingly enough it looks like it will dual boot Windows 7 Professional and Windows 8.1 Pro, so it’s up to you to decide which operating system you will need for a particular task.

The tablet will include the usual connectivity options, such as NFC, GPS, Bluetooth, and WiFi, and will come with accessories such as a keyboard docking station and a keyboard cover. Designed for the professional in mind, it will also sport an integrated TPM chip, a fingerprint scanner for security purposes, and pen input compatibility.
