Lenovo has a brand new smartphone in the form of the Lenovo Vibe Z, which is also known as the K910. This will be a Snapdragon 800 version of the MT6589T-powered Vibe X, and it will arrive with a similar anti-fingerprint finish right on the back, too. The Lenovo Vibe Z will arrive with a 5.5” Full HD IPS display, where it will be accompanied by a dual-SIM tray, a 13-megapixel f/1.8 main camera that sports dual LED flash, and a 5-megapixel wide-angle front shooter.
According to Lenovo, the inclusion of the Sony IMX135-powered main camera would enable this smartphone to shoot up to 10 stills per half second, in addition to its proprietary low-light algorithm which is touted to deliver notably brighter images with effective noise reduction. I suppose this will only be known when someone gets their hand on a review unit. Apparently, it will feature a WCDMA + GSM model alongside a CDMA2000 + GSM model that will be developed specially for China Telecom users, in addition to an LTE + GSM version to cater for those who are part of the international market. Pre-orders for this latest Android powered smartphone is set to happen soon, but we will just have to play the patience card and wait for pricing and availability details in due time.
