Good news Dropbox users for iOS! If you have been hoping that the app would be receiving an update that would put the app in line with the design language of iOS 7, you might not have to wait much longer. According to a recent post on Dropbox’s blog, they have revealed the app that looks like it has been somewhat dramatically redesigned to keep in tune with the look and feel of iOS 7. No word on when this update is expected to drop, but presumably with Dropbox being comfortable to release these images, we can only imagine it will be in the near future.
As part of the blog post, Dropbox has also announced that they will be making some changes to Dropbox for Business, its paid enterprise service that offers multiple user support, enhanced security, and team management features. According to Dropbox, this upcoming feature will allow users to connect both their personal and business account and use both simultaneously, albeit with separate folders as you can see in the image above. Dropbox claims that this particular feature will be rolled out starting this month to Dropbox for Business customers, but we’re not sure if this means that the visual update for regular Dropbox users will happen this month as well, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled nonetheless.
