While Instagram might finally be making its way onto Windows Phone, the same unfortunately cannot be said for BlackBerry users, at least until now. BlackGram for BlackBerry has been launched and it is the first native Instagram app for the BlackBerry 10 platform. Granted this is hardly the official app compared to what iOS, Android, a recently Windows Phone users will be enjoying, but we guess it’s a start and according to those who have managed to get their hands on the app, well apparently it works really well.
The features include your standard account creation, the ability to browse, search for users and hash tags, like/comment/unlike photos, follow users, edit images with the original Instagram filters, and more. Unfortunately the app is not free, unlike Instagram, so interested users will have to fork out $2.99 if they wish to get their hands on the app. As it stands the app has been hidden in BlackBerry World because according to the developer, they are scaling up their servers to match the influx of users, so don’t worry if you can’t find it yet, we’re sure it will be coming back soon. So, any BlackBerry 10 users excited at the app finally arriving for their platform?
