The $240 estimated costs is about $20 higher than the Galaxy Note 2. This has been attributed to the Galaxy Note 3’s faster processor, higher RAM, and better display. In any case like we said, these numbers aren’t exactly official, not to mention there is a possibility that Samsung could be getting a bulk discount on some components as well, possibly driving the prices even lower than the estimation. Either way despite what Samsung is charging for every Galaxy Note 3, we’re sure there are plenty of customers out there who are more than happy to pay the premium to own it. What do you guys think? Are you a little put off now that you know how much Samsung is pocketing with every device sold?
