All right, so we have already seen the official Call of Duty: Ghosts gameplay trailer at the beginning of this week. Having whet our appetite, we now have additional and crucial information for those who might be thinking about getting Call of Duty: Ghosts up and running on their computers. The official PC system requirements have been revealed, and as you go through the list below, perhaps it is time for an upgrade assuming your desktop has not been chugging along as fast as you would have liked.
Activision and Infinity Ward have made available the game’s official PC specifications, so here we go. You can run it on either Windows 7 64-Bit or Windows 8 64-Bit, with at least an Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ / AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHZ or better processor, have a minimum of 6GB RAM, 40GB of hard drive space, NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 / ATI Radeon HD 5870 or better, a DirectX compatible sound card, and DirectX 11 in tow. You will also need a broadband Internet connection for Steam and Online Multiplayer.
Bear in mind that these are just the minimum required to run the game, and from experience, you will certainly need a few steps higher than that to play Call of Duty: Ghosts, in all of its glory as Activision and Infinity Ward intended it to be.
