iphone-5-lightning-cable-case

If you take the power consumption of your mobile devices serious, then you probably travel with your charging cable everywhere you go just in case you need an extra bit of juice to make it through your day. It’s easy to forget to throw a cable into your backpack or purse when you’re rushed, but this new iPhone 5 case makes it easy to have a Lightning cable readily available at all times.

The case comes from South Korea’s LAB.C and what it does is it fuses a small Lightning cable to its rear. The cable is flexible, although it looks to measure around 2 inches, which means the cable can most likely only be used through a USB port on a laptop or desktop since we doubt you’d want your iPhone 5 to be hanging from an adapter.

The iPhone 5 case will cost somewhere between $20 and $30 and is certainly an interesting product to consider, especially if you’re the kind of person who often runs their battery dry. Maybe LAB.C could do some additional engineering to make the cable longer possibly by bending the cable or maybe including the cable with an adapter that sits side-by-side to one another.
