Microsoft Organizes Surface Tour For The Curious

Yes, so we do know that Microsoft has already begun to offer pre-orders for both the Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 tablets, but do bear in mind that these tablets will not begin to ship within another month or so. Waiting can be quite a pain for those of us who are not patient, and Microsoft knows that, which is why they have decided to organize a Surface tour at various places so that you will be able to check out the Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 before the October 22nd release date.

The dates will vary from September 30th and it goes all the way to October 17th, where some of the venues include the University Village in Seattle, Washington, the Westfield San Francisco Centre in San Francisco, the Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, the Houston Galleria in Houston, Dadeland Mall in Miami, Specialty Store at Shops at North Bridge in Chicago, Specialty Store at Time Warner Center in New York City, and the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in Arlington, among others. Of course, it remains to be seen whether there will be groupies following the entire slew of Surface tours that have been organized, but I guess in this case, waiting till near the end of next month ain’t too difficult a thing to do.
