One day prior to the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, PC gamers helped a petition located on Change.org to jump from 200,000 signatures back in late July up to 350,000 signatures. Now that the game is available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, PC gamers really don’t have anything better to do than complain they don’t have a version of Grand Theft Auto 5 to play, and as a result, the Change.org petition has jumped to over 450,000 signatures.
Adding over 100,000 signatures in just three days is certainly an impressive feat, and as a result, the petition is now the largest gaming petition that’s ever been launched on Change.org and has been the most-viewed petition on the entire site this week.
We have no doubt in our minds Rockstar Games will release a PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 considering how massive the platform is when compared to video game consoles. This isn’t the first time Rockstar has forced PC players to wait for their turn with a Grand Theft Auto game as they also had to wait for Grand Theft Auto IV after it was released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. We know gamers tend to be an impatient bunch, but in this case, PC gamers will just have to continue to be patient until Rockstar makes their official announcement.
