Earlier today, we did bring you word that BBM for iOS as well as Android are tipped for a release at the end of October, which is not all that long to wait when you think about it. Having said that, a walkthrough video of BBM for Android was leaked thanks to JT and BlackBerryOS, where the merger of BBM’s famous chat app alongside everyone’s favorite virtual keyboard on the Android platform is certainly an experience worth looking forward to. The video walkthrough also did glaze over the ability for one to transfer contacts to another Android-powered device using NFC connectivity, which bodes well for the messaging app as this means it will be able to maximize its presence on the new mobile operating systems other than BlackBerry 10 OS.
