Apple sent out invites for an event to take place on September 10 just last week, with pretty much everyone speculating some new iPhones will be announced during the event which we have seen leaked information and photos of both the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C in the past. Apple’s big event is taking place in just a few short hours, which means now would be the ideal time to take down Apple’s online store to update it with whatever exactly they’ll be announcing today.
The Apple Store was officially brought down this morning while Apple is busy updating it with official pictures and information for what we could only assume is the new iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. This isn’t the first time Apple has brought down its store prior to one of its events as the introduction of a new Apple product typically warrants the company completely shutting down its online store prior to its unveiling.
If you woke up in the mood to head on over to the Apple Store to purchase yourself a new Lightning cable, MacBook Air or any other Apple product, you chose a terrible time to do so as there’s no way you’ll be able to make your purchase prior to Apple’s news. So we guess all you can do now is sit back and wait until the Apple Store comes back up during or after Apple’s announcements have been made today.
