Microsoft has yet to announce when its Xbox One will be made available, but today, they have pulled back the veil of secrecy surrounding what titles will releasing on the platform. The company is announcing a number of games that are completely exclusive to the Xbox One as well as titles that will have exclusive and timed exclusive content that will be made available on the Xbox platform.
Before we get to the official list of games Microsoft is announcing will be headed to the Xbox One, Microsoft has gone through the trouble of highlighting some stats in regards to the lineup of titles. A total of 38% of the games that will be available on the Xbox One are exclusive to the platform, with 44% of all the games having an exclusive or timed exclusive. In total, 37% of the games coming out on the Xbox One are completely new IPs.
Even though it’s good to know what games are headed to the Xbox One, we wish Microsoft would announce what games will be available at launch as having a brand-new console with no games to play isn’t a very fun experience. Until then, hopefully this’ll whet your whistle until they decide to announce what titles will launch with the Xbox One:
