There is a new leak in town concerning the oft-rumored upcoming smartphone from HTC, that would be the HTC Zara that sits snugly somewhere in the mid-range scheme of things. The HTC Zara has been speculated to feature a 4.5” qHD resolution display, where it is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 1GB RAM, all crammed within a plastic-backed smartphone case which does seem as though some parts of it were inspired by the HTC One.
The leaked image that you see above as well as a specifications list from serial leaksters @evleaks also touted that Beats Audio will be part of the HTC Zara, in addition to an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash at the back, with 8GB of internal memory that can be further expanded by a microSD memory card slot and a 2,100mAh battery. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is the operating system of choice, accompanied by HTC’s Sense 5.5 overlay. Of course, there is the @urbanstrata Twitter account that has been branded on the image, with the account owned by Jeff Gordon, the Senior Global Online Communications manager at the manufacturer. Would you pick up the HTC Zara when it is finally realized at hits the market?
