iOS 7 will be the latest iOS update from Apple that not only will introduce new features, but will also bring about a long-overdue interface redesign. Granted the layout is pretty much the same, but the icons, buttons, toggles, and etc. will be drastically different from before. Some have criticized the update claiming that the colors are a bit too colorful and can’t be taken seriously, compared to the more subdued look of iOS 6 which features a more “realistic” design.
Others don’t seem to mind and welcome the change, and while we’re not sure where Jony Ive got his inspiration from with regards to the color scheme of iOS 7, Max Wohlleber has uploaded a pretty funny video which you can check out above, that seems to have inspired the overall color scheme of iOS 7. If you have a minute to spare you might want to check it out for some laughs. In any case iOS 7 is expected to debut later this year, presumably alongside the new iPhone.
