Hot on the heels of yesterday’s unveiling of their new line of Latitude laptops, Dell is now unveiling a line of touchscreen monitors that will let you reach out and… well, touch your monitor in ways that would probably be illegal in most countries.

Dell’s new line of monitors will allow users to be able to engage in a touch experience, which we assume means you’ll be able to make the most of your Windows 8 machine without having to buy a laptop with a touchscreen or an AIO computer that features a touchscreen monitor. The Dell 20 Touch Monitor (E2014T), Dell 23 Touch Monitor (P2314T), and Dell 27 Touch Monitor (P2714T) will offer an “HD resolution” while also supporting multi-touch capabilities. All three monitors will support MHL, DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA connections and will also come with a USB port to allow connectivity between your smartphone or tablet with the monitors.

The Dell 20 Touch Monitor will feature a 19.5-inch 1600 x 800 display with a 2ms response time, a high dynamic contrast ratio of 8,000,000:1 and retails at just $249.99. Both the Dell 23 Touch Monitor and Dell 27 Touch Monitor feature a Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080), an 8,000,000:1 contrast ratio and offers ultra-wide 178°/ 178° viewing angles. Both also feature an adjustable stand that can tilt up to 60° to touch and type, or adapt to your work space. The Dell 23 Touch Monitor retails for $449.99 and the Dell Touch Monitor 27 retails for $699.99.
