Earlier today, we brought you word concerning the alleged specifications of Nokia’s upcoming tablet that will most probably be very close to Microsoft’s Surface RT when released. Of course, the Nokia tablet has not been officially announced or confirmed in any way just yet, but this has not stopped the rumor mill from churning out even more delicious morsels for the masses to read and swallow. Just to recap, the potential Nokia Windows RT tablet might arrive with a 10.1” 1080p Full HD display with multi-touch capability, running on a quad-core 2.15GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, sport 2GB RAM and comes preloaded with Windows RT 8.1, which is also better known as Windows RT Blue.
Accessories that are said to accompany the alleged Nokia RT tablet include a cover which resembles something like what the Surface Touch delivers, a Type Cover that is alike an external keyboard among others, boasting Wireless N Cell to boot. Compal is said to be the manufacturer of choice for the alleged Nokia Windows RT tablet. Are you looking forward to this tablet? Do you think that Compal will be able to make a good job out of this, or will they botch it? Somehow, a Nokia tablet sounds exciting, and hopefully it will be able to continue the Finnish company’s renaissance.
