Samsung has moved on from the Great White North to announce the availability of the Galaxy Tab 3 series of devices for those of us living in the US. The three Galaxy Tab 3 series devices would be the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, where they are said to be available from July 7th onwards (which was yesterday) in White or Gold Brown shades. Of course, those who are more than interested will be able to place their respective orders. Not only that, customers who have already budgeted to bring home a Galaxy Tab 3 device will also be able to enjoy some Galaxy Perks such as $10 Google Play Store credit, an entire year of free Boingo hotspot service, three months of access to the Hulu Plus service and 50GB of Dropbox storage for a couple of years.
The $199 Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 will run on a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, carry a 7” 1024×600 (WSVGA) display, have 3MP and 1.3MP cameras, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, full HD video playback, GPS support, 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot and a 4,000mAh battery, just in case you needed a memory refresh.
