Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Rumored To Feature 3GB Of RAM
Another day another Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumor, right? Given the popularity of the Note series, despite it being seen as something of a novelty at the start, we guess all the excitement is to be expected to the Galaxy Note’s third successor. According to a report from the Korea Economic Daily, they are claiming that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will feature 3GB of RAM, which is a step up from the 2GB of RAM standard which seems to be commonplace in smartphones these days. This is not the first time the 3GB of RAM rumor has been heard, so either it is true or the Korea Economic Daily is merely hopping aboard the bandwagon.
Apart from that, the current rumors are saying that the Note 3 will sport a 5.99” sAMOLED Full HD display with a Samsung Exynos Octa-core chipset, or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 chipset, with a 13MP camera, S Pen functionality, and will run on Android 4.3. No word on when Samsung will announce the Galaxy Note 3, but given that the first Galaxy Note was announced at IFA back in 2011, it wouldn’t be a stretch of the imagination to think that the Note 3 could be announced at this year’s IFA as well. Until then be sure to take it with a grain of salt.
