Oppo Find 5 Gets Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Processor
The Oppo Find 5 flagship smartphone was rolled out globally in the first quarter of this year, and also comes with a 32GB model, but that does not mean the folks over at Oppo are just going to rest on their laurels. No sir, apparently there is a refreshed version of the smartphone that will be heading our way, and the changes made include the inclusion of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor which is normally found on other high-end smartphone models from other manufacturers. Apart from that, there is also Android 4.2 Jelly Bean accompanying the handset right out of the box, which certainly bests its pre-refresh model that ran on a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
Other than a processor swap and an updated operating system, everything else about the Oppo Find 5 remains the same – ranging from its 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a 13-megapixel shooter at the back and a 2,500mAh battery. There will not be any price change for the Oppo Find 5, making this seem as though it is a rather Apple-sque move.
