While Nokia might have a slow start with its Lumia range of Windows Phone devices, it is undeniable that the company has since been making a fair amount of progress since, releasing phones with better hardware and with better features, especially with the Lumia 925 which sees Nokia depart from polycarbonate to a more “premium” material in the form of aluminum. To that extent we guess we’re not that surprised to find that interest in Nokia Lumia devices have been on the rise, as indicated on Google Trends which shows the number of search queries related to Lumia devices on the rise. This rise in search is not necessarily isolated to a particular device, but across the range of Nokia’s offerings. Of course a boost in search queries does not necessarily translate into a boost in sales, but it’s safe to say more consumers are starting to become curious as to what Nokia might have to offer.
