It was just yesterday that the Nokia Lumia 1020 was announced, and we even managed to get some hands-on time with the device and even captured a sample shot using the device’s camera, but if you were wondering exactly how capable the Lumia 1020’s camera could be, the folks at Nokia have released several sample photos which have been taken using the phone’s camera. The photo above is one of the many samples taken and based on what we can see, these are some pretty impressive photos! Of course camera technology plays one part in taking beautiful photos, and the other part involves the photographer understanding the subject, framing the shot, composing the image, and understanding the camera’s functions so as to be able to bring out the best in the photograph. What this means for the average user is that yes, your photos taken with the Lumia 1020 should turn out to be pretty decent, but if you’d like to see what the camera is truly capable of, head on over to Nokia’s website for the rest of the photos!
